WESTPORT–The Historic District Commission unanimously voted this month to allow issuance of a demolition permit for the house at 56 Reichert Circle.
Built in 1950, the 1¼-story cape has 1,100-square-feet of living space, two bedrooms, one bath, an unfinished basement and an unfinished attic.
The property traded hands on Monday for $815K.
The property’s assessment currently stands at $464,700.
