WESTPORT–The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the house at 4 Ridge Drive.
The single-story ranch was built in 1957. It has 1,100-square-feet of living space, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a basement area, garage, enclosed porch and concrete patio.
The property traded hands in May 2026 for $800,000. Previously, it had sold for $57,500 in 1981. The property’s current assessment is $745,900.
