WESTPORT–The Building Department issued a residential demolition permit for the property at 32 Owenoke Park last Wednesday.

Built in 1968, the 2-story Colonial has 2,800-square-feet of living space, four bedrooms, two and one half baths, a basement and a garage.

The property traded hands in July for $1.8 million. It had traded in 2014 for $1.7 million and in 1999 for $850,000. 

The property’s assessment currently stands at $1,207,900.

Owenoke Park is off Compo Beach Road.
