WESTPORT–The Building Department issued a residential demolition permit on Tuesday for the property at 22 Compo Parkway.
Built in 1950, the two-story cape has 2,800-square-feet of living space, four bedrooms, three baths, a basement, a garage, a screen porch and a stone patio.
The property traded hands in April for $2 million; it had last traded in 2008 for $1.84 million.
The property’s assessment currently stands at $1,370,300.
