WESTPORT — The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the house at 21 Long Lots Lane.
The single-story ranch was built in 1952. It has 1,800 square feet of living space, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a basement, a crawl space, a garage and a concrete patio.
The quarter-acre property traded hands earlier this month for $850,000. It had previously traded for $175,000 in 1991. The property’s current assessment is $403,900.
