WESTPORT — The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the house at 2 Windy Hill Road.
The single-story raised ranch was built in 1963. It has 2,100 square feet of living space, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a raised basement, open porch and wood deck.
The property traded hands in September for $1,100,000. It had previously traded for $750,000 in 2007. The property’s current assessment is $582,900.
