WESTPORT — The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the house at 2 Webb Road.
The single-story ranch was built in 1952. It has 1,300 square feet of living space, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a crawl space, garage, screened porch, wood deck and unfinished attic.
The property traded hands in April for $905,239. It had previously traded for $277,000 in 1989. The property’s current assessment is $476,100.
