WESTPORT — The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the house and barn at 18 Pequot Trail.
The 1¾-story custom Cape was built in 1964. It has 2,800 square feet of living space, six bedrooms, four bathrooms, a half-bathroom, basement, raised basement, garage, stone patio, wood deck, enclosed porch, unfinished attic and an 830-square-foot barn/patio.
The property traded hands in February for $2,100,000. It had previously traded for $1,640,000 in 2004. The property’s current assessment is $1,195,500.
