WESTPORT–The Building Department Wednesday issued a demolition permit for the structures at 15 Morningside Lane.

The main house is a 1½-story split-level, built in 1940, with 1,800-square-feet of living space, two bedrooms, two baths, an unfinished basement, a porch and a finished half-story.

There is also a two-room, 1,100-square-foot studio, with a half bathroom.

The property traded hands in August for $950,000.

The property’s 2020 assessment was $510,800.

Warnock Drive is off Morningside Drive N.
