WESTPORT–The Historic District Commission recently approved the issuance of a permit to demolish the house at 15 Morningside Lane.
The 1½-story cape was erected in 1940. It has 1,800-square-feet of living space, a basement, a porch, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a finished half-story.
The property traded hands in August for $950,000. The property’s current assessment is $510,800.
Morningside Lane is off of Morningside Drive N.
