WESTPORT — The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the house at 13 Birchwood Lane.
The single-story split-level was built in 1964. It has 1,300 square feet of living space, three bedrooms, one bathroom, a half-bathroom, a basement area, a garage and a stone patio.
The property traded hands earlier this month for $944,000. The property’s current assessment is $443,500.
