WESTPORT–The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the house at 12 Gault Park Drive.
The 1 ½-story split-level was built in 1954. It has 2,000-square-feet of living space, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a half-bathroom, basement area, raised basement, finished half-story and inground pool. The property’s current assessment is $1,064,400.
Gault Park Drive is off of Weston Road.
