WESTPORT–The Building Department Friday issued a permit to demolish the structure at 12 Bluff Point.
The 2-story custom contemporary was built in 1969. It has 3,700-square-feet of living space, four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a stone patio, a wood deck and a finished upper story.
The property was bought, alongside the neighboring property at 16 Bluff Point, for $9,875,000 in 2015. In 1998, 12 Bluff Point traded for $2,337,500.
The property’s current assessment is $4,101,500.
Bluff Point is in Saugatuck Shores.
