WESTPORT–The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the house at 103 Sturges Highway.
The 1½-story cape cod was built in 1953. It has 1,800-square-feet of living space, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a half-bathroom, basement area, crawl space, enclosed porch and three-level garage.
The property traded hands in May 2026 for $1,325,000. Previously, it had sold for $100,000 in 1980. The property’s current assessment is $1,024,400.
