WESTPORT–The Historic District Commission unanimously voted this month to allow issuance of a demolition permit for the house at 3 Wake Robin Road.
Built in 1951, the 1¾-story cape has 3,000-square-feet of living space, four bedrooms, two and a half baths, a garage and a stone patio.
The property traded hands in June for $850K. It had traded in 1990 for $368K and in 1999 for $525K.
The property’s assessment currently stands at $581,000.
