WESTPORT–The Building Department today issued a permit to demolish the house at 14 Owenoke Park.
The 1¼-story cape was built in 1957. It has 2,600-square-feet of living space, four bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath, a crawl space, a garage, a brick patio, an open porch, an enclosed porch, a wood deck, a finished attic expansion, an unfinished attic expansion and an in-ground pool.
The property traded hands last month for $3,300,000. The property’s current assessment is $1,627,600.
Owenoke Park is off of Compo Beach Road.
