Kyle Levitt, 39 of Westport

WESTPORT – Police arrested Kyle Levitt, 39, of Westport, on charges of possession of a controlled substance and criminal trespass following a May 31 incident at Terrain on Post Road East.

Police said Levitt was at the store in violation of a trespass warning. Levitt told police he thought the warning had expired.

During the trespass arrest, Levitt admitted to illegally possessing Xanax and Oxycodone, police said.  He was released after posting $1,000 bond with a June 9 court date at Stamford Superior Court.
