WESTPORT – Harvest Fest, Wakeman Town Farm’s biggest fundraising event of the year, is coming up Sept. 26, with tickets going on sale Monday.
The evening event is held on Wakeman’s grounds, 134 Cross Highway, beneath a tent draped with twinkling lights to create a magical atmosphere. Guests can sample seasonal fare from local farmers and chefs while listening to live music.
The event also includes a live auction featuring culinary and travel experiences — including private chef dinners in WTF’s Tim’s Kitchen, trips, a stay at Watch Hill’s Ocean House, a Wine Wall, a Mixed Bar Wall, and a Paddle Raise. Proceeds support the farm’s educational programs.
The event will be cocktail-party style, with tents and multiple food stations rather than a sit-down dinner. Guests can mingle and stroll the gardens and grounds. The main food portion of the evening is 6–7:30 pm.
This is more than a fun night out—it’s the Farm’s most important fundraiser of the year.
Seating is limited, and tickets sell out fast. This is a communal seating event, so guests may find themselves sitting next to “new friends.”
In addition, the event cannot accommodate special dietary restrictions. The menu is based on what’s best in the local markets. Refunds will not be issued. If you’d like to give your ticket to a friend, please have them attend in your name to avoid check-in issues.
