WESTPORT — The 2024 political season is heating up, but those who want a say in deciding who will lay claim to seats in the state General Assembly, the U.S. House and Senate and, the big one, America’s presidency, first have to be registered to vote.

To facilitate the voter registration process for both the Nov. 5 general election and Republicans’ Aug. 13 primaries for U.S. Senate and 4th Congressional District nominations, the Registrars of Voters will hold an enrollment session from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, July 26, in Town Hall’s Room 107, 110 Myrtle Ave.

For questions, contact the registrars: Democrat Deborah Greenberg at dgreenberg@westportct.gov or 203-341-1116, and Republican Maria Louise Signore at msignore@westportct.gov or 203-341-1117.
