WESTPORT — Six “Students of the Month” were selected during March at Staples High School.
They include: senior Rachel Poly, juniors Kody Goldman and Jojo Cipriano, sophomores Jack Leonard and Surali Kapadia, and freshman Ann Marie Maccaro.
The students, nominated by teachers, are selected for helping to make the high school “a welcoming place for their peers and teachers alike,” according the announcement.
The citation recognizes the recipients as “all-around good citizens” at Staples, and credits “the positive attitude they bring to school every day in making Staples High School a genial place in which to learn and teach.”
