WESTPORT — “Shrek the Musical” will be performed Dec. 6-8 by the Bedford Acting Group at Bedford Middle School.

Performances are scheduled at 7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 6, at 3 and 7 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 7, and at 3 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 8., at the school, 88 North Ave.

The show will be performed by a cast of seventh and eighth graders in the Bedford Acting Group. The production, based on the 2001 animated movie, “Shrek,” chronicles the adventures of the green ogre and friends.
