WESTPORT — “Taste of Westport,” the yearly fundraising event for anyone with an appetite for good food — and a good cause — will be hosted May 10 by CLASP Homes.

The 17th annual event, set for 6 p.m. Wednesday, May 10, will take place at the Inn at Longshore, 260 Compo Road South.

Tickets on sale now until April 9 cost $125 per person, and subsequently will cost $150 until they sell out. To reserve tickets online, click here.

“Taste of Westport” benefits CLASP Homes, a Westport-based nonprofit “dedicated to providing homes, support and services to adults with autism and other developmental disabilities.” The organization provides homes and services to more than 100 adults with developmental disabilities throughout Fairfield County.

The event will feature a range of food and beverage selections from more than two dozen vendors. Music will be performed by the Bar Car Band.

There also will be a silent auction featuring items that include gift certificates at local restaurants, tickets to the Metropolitan Opera, New York Giants tickets, a first edition Marvel collector’s watch, fine wines and more.
