WESTPORT — Rabbi Greg Wall, of Beit Chaverim synagogue, also known as curator of the “Jazz at the Post” concert series at VFW Post 399, will be interviewed March 27 for the Legacy Project USA at the Westport Center for Senior Activities.

The interview, conducted by Westport resident Rozanne Gates of the Legacy Project, will take place at 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 27, at the senior center, 21 Imperial Ave. To register to attend the free program, call  203-341-5099.

Wall, often called the Jazz Rabbi, is a founding board member of the Jazz Society of Fairfield County, where he is the president and artistic director. The weekly Jazz at the Post concert series, which he has organized since 2015, features a varied lineup of musicians.

He also produced more than 70 recordings for “Pioneers for A Cure,” supporting cancer charities with reimagined versions of early pre-state of Israel music, the “Songs that Built Israel,” according to a publicity release.

Gates and Suzanne Sheridan own the Legacy Project USA, a Westport-based business documenting stories of people’s lives since 2009.
