WESTPORT — A panel discussion on human-rights issues in the region will take place Dec. 2 at MoCA Westport.

The program, planned in conjunction with MoCA’s current exhibition, “When Caged Birds Sing,” is set for 6 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 2, at the museum, 19 Newtown Turnpike.

Panelists will include: Claudia King, of the state’s Human Anti-trafficking Response Team; Cadence Pentheny, coordinator for community and corporate learning, LGBTQ+ Training Institute, Triangle Community Center, and Jamie Rubin, Southwest regional manager for the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities.

After the panel discussion, there will be a screening of a documentary associated with the exhibition, which showcases works by late Westport-based artist Ann Weiner.
