FAIRFIELD — Audiences can learn more about the language of the American Revolution and review key documents from the period this week at a special event at the Fairfield Museum and History Center.

The Promise of Liberty: The Words That Made America will take place at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, July 15th. Seth Kaller, a leading expert on American historic documents, will discuss the Constitution, Bill of Rights, Declaration of Independence, and other pieces that played an important part in the foundation of the United States.

Visitors can also see an early copy of the Declaration of Independence, Bill of Rights, and other documents for a limited run exhibit at the museum.
