WESTPORT — “Sandra Bernhard: An Evening of Comedy and Music,” showcasing the actress, comedian and musician in a one-woman performance, will be presented March 12 at the Westport Country Playhouse.

Bernhard’s performance is set for 8 p.m. Saturday, March 12, at the theater, 25 Powers Court. The show, an hour long and with no intermission, according to the playhouse announcement, includes “explicit language.”

Bernhard’s film credits include, “The King of Comedy,” with Robert De Niro and Jerry Lewis, directed by Martin Scorsese, for which she was awarded Best Supporting Actress by the National Society of Film Critics.

Her television credits include, “The Sopranos,” “The Larry Sanders Show,” “Pose” and “American Horror Story: Apocalypse.”

She is now in the seventh year hosting a live show, “Sandyland,” on SiriusXM Radio’s “Radio Andy” channel headed by Andy Cohen.
