WESTON — Weston’s Lachat Farm will host the world premiere of a new comedic play focusing on one couple’s dreams for a better tomorrow.

Hole in the Wall will debut on Friday, March 6th, at 7:30 p.m at Lachat Farm. Performances will continue every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday through March 22nd.

The play is set in a rundown tenement in Bayonne, New Jersey, and follows Eddie “the Pope” Maslanka and his wife Marina. The story chronicles their struggle with dead-end jobs and rats in the walls, their passion for one another, and their shared love for their talented son.

Hole in the Wall was directed by Chrisopher Denham, an actor, writer, and director who has written and directed three feature films and had supporting roles in films including Oppenheimer, Argo, and Shutter Island. The play was written by Jeff Hughes, founder of the Boardwalk Theater Company and recipient of the Richard Rodgers Award.

Lachat Farm is a nonprofit organization that seeks to blend the arts with the beauty of the natural art. To help achieve this goal, the organization has created an arts incubator program for both emerging and established artists.

Tickets are now on sale on Eventbrite. For more information on the performance, visit lachattownfarm.org.
