Westport Fine Arts Festival: dripping with success

WESTPORT–The 53rd annual Westport Fine Arts Festival attracted its largest applicant pool yet, with 323 artists applying and less than 160 selected for the show.

Even with rainy weather throughout the weekend, Westport art collectors still came out in strong numbers to browse, support artists, and make purchases. Many exhibitors reported solid sales on Saturday, including David Gordon, Zili Zhang, and Eric Heitmann, among others.

The turnout and sales were another reminder of the strong support for fine arts in the Westport community.
