WESTPORT–The Artists Collective of Westport is mounting a show of a dozen members’ work this weekend. The show is open to the public on Sept. 19, 20 and 21 at the Barn at Westport Country Playhouse from noon to 4 p.m.
A reception will take place in the barn tomorrow night, Thursday, September 18, from 6 to 8pm.
The collective was founded 11 years ago by Helen Klisser During as an organization supporting Westport artists. According to co-founder Miggs Burroughs, The Artists Collective of Westport “gives our 150 members many opportunities to exhibit during the year.” He added that the collective gives all of “Fairfield County an opportunity to discover and appreciate the wealth of talent that thrives here.”

Burroughs adds, “All the art is for sale and is very affordable.”
The reception will feature tables of food, beverages and live music.
The show closes Sunday with an artist panel featuring Elisa Keogh, Nancy Landauer, Hernan Garcia and Mary Harold at 4 p.m.
