WESTPORT — Diane Lowman, local writer, artist, and Westport’s own Poet Laureate, will show some of her mixed-media artwork through January at the Westport Book Shop.
The selection, on display at the in-house Drew Friedman Art Place at 23 Jesup Road, includes multimedia pieces featuring Lowman’s poetry and photography.
Author of the memoir Nothing But Blue, Lowman has had numerous essays published in a range of magazine, including O, The Oprah Magazine. Some of her work can be read at this website.
Lowman’s showing is open to the public during bookstore hours, Tuesday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sundays from noon to 5 p.m.
