NORWALK — Aiming to combine “seaside charm with arena-level performances,” the Norwalk Seaport Association has announced its entertainment lineup for the upcoming Norwalk Oyster Festival.

The popular annual event, now in its 48th year, will run from Sept. 11th to 13th at Veterans Memorial Park. Performers will include:

  • Lita Ford, a guitarist and former Runaways member known for her glam rock hits, at 8 p.m. on Sept. 11th
  • Parmalee, a multi-platinum modern country group whose song “Cowgirl” became the longest-running top song on the Billboard Country Airplay chart in more than a decade, at 8:30 p.m. on Sept. 12th
  • Jump: America’s Van Halen Experience, a tribute to Van Halen’s David Lee Roth era, at 4 p.m. on Sept. 13th

The Norwalk Oyster Festival features additional fun as well, including a variety of food options, a craft village, rides, and family entertainment. All proceeds benefit the Norwalk Seaport Association.
