WESTPORT — Down a rabbit hole and onto the Bedford Middle School stage, “Alice in Wonderland Jr.,” will be performed later this month by the Bedford Acting Group.

The production, inspired by Disney’s interpretation of Lewis Carroll’s classic fantasy, will be staged at 7 p.m. Friday, March 21; 2 and 7 p.m. Saturday, March 22, and 2 p.m. Sunday, March 23, at the school, 88 North Ave.

“Join Alice as she journeys through the fantastical world of Wonderland, meeting unforgettable characters along the way,” according to the Bedford Acting Group’s announcement about the show.

“Whether you’re a longtime fan of the story or discovering it for the first time, this enchanting show is sure to delight audiences of all ages,” the troupe said.

Youngsters attending the Saturday, March 22, matinee performance are invited to stay after the show to take photos with the cast.
