The 2½-story custom Colonial was built in 1963. It has 4,500 square feet of living space, four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a half-bathroom, basement area, crawl space, garage, concrete patio, stone terrace, finished upper story, unfinished half-story and in-ground pool.
The property traded hands in 2020 for $1,520,000. It had previously traded for $1,385,000 in 2019 and for $495,000 in 1998. The property’s current assessment is $1,075,100.
