WESTPORT — The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the house at 5 Sea Spray Road.
The two-story custom contemporary was built in 1984. It has 5,200 square feet of living space, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a half-bathroom, a basement, crawl space, garage, open porch, wooden deck, a finished upper story and in-ground pool.
The property traded hands in 2016 for $1,786,144. It had previously traded for $2,425,000 in 2014. The property’s current assessment is $1,872,400.
