WESTPORT — The Staples High girls basketball team won its third game of the season, 63-20, over visiting Westhill on Wednesday night.

The Wreckers have also posted wins over Harding and Bethel.

Staples returns to action when the team visits unbeaten Ridgefield at 7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 5.

The Wreckers return Staples home Tuesday, Jan. 9, when New Canaan visits at 7 p.m. (Game schedules are subject to change; click for the latest CIAC updates.)
