WESTPORT–The Building Department yesterday issued a permit to demolish the house at 17 Moss Ledge Road.
The two-story Colonial was built in 1969. It has 3,300-square-feet of living space, six bedrooms, three bathrooms, a half-bathroom, a basement area, a screen porch and a finished upper story.
The property traded hands earlier this month for $1,250,000. The property’s current assessment is $659,500.
Moss Ledge Road is off of Long Lots Road.
