WESTPORT — A variety show will be staged March 26 to benefit a service trip t0 Appalachia by the youth group at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation in Westport.

The show is planned for 2 p.m. Sunday, March 26, at the congregation, 10 Lyons Plains Road. Tickets for the event, both in person and live-streaming, can be reserved online by clicking here.

There also will be a silent auction.

Funds raised by the event will support plans by the congregation’s youth group to travel to northeastern Tennessee to participate in the Appalachian Service Project from April 7-16.

The group will help rebuild dilapidated homes in the Jonesborough area under guidance of the Appalachian Service Project, which has been dedicated to improving living conditions of people in the region for more than 50 years.
