WESTPORT–The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the structure at 5 Bowling Lane.
The 1-story raised ranch was built in 1964. It has 1,300-square-feet of living space, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a half bathroom, a raised basement, an enclosed porch, and a patio.
The property traded hands in April for $770,000. It had previously traded for $625,000 in 2010 and for $385,000 in 2000. The property’s current assessment is $426,500.
Bowling Lane is off of the western arm of Old Road, between Maple Avenue N and Post Road East.
