WESTPORT–The Historic District Commission has allowed the issuance of a demolition permit for the house at 398 Greens Farms Road.
The single-story split-level was built in 1960. It has 1,800-square-feet of living space, a basement, a brick patio, a wood deck, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a finished upper story.
The property traded hands last October for $925,000. It had previously traded for $240,000 in 1993. The property’s current assessment is $556,600.
