WESTPORT–The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the house at 23 West Parish Road.
The 1½-story cape was built in 1956. It has 1,200-square-feet of living space, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a garage, brick patio, finished utility storage and finished half-story. The property traded hands this month for $1,175,000. The property’s current assessment is $698,200.
West Parish Road is off of Post Road E.
