Staples once again played a better second half than first. They fell behind early, but slowly clawed their way back. The second half featured excellent pressure and work around the box by Murilo Moreno, Jaden Mueller, Ryan Thomas, Watkins and Adams. Midfield control came from Foster, Tim Liakh, Dylan Hoke, Caleb Tobias and Marius Ekeberg, while the defense was keyed by Jackson Hochhauser, Bruno Guiduli, Ben Douglas, Hunter Smith, Matthew Genser and Matthew Jordan. Jacob Greenberger was steady and controlled in goal.
