WESTPORT–The Building Department issued a residential demolition permit for 119 Hillandale Road last fall. The original owners had built a 2,200-square-foot ranch on the 0.69 acre property in 1947. 

In its place today stands the house shown above: a 6,600-square foot, 2¼-story custom contemporary, with five bedrooms, six full and two half baths, a finished basement, a porch, a garage and a stone terrace.

The property sold in August 2020 for $875K. 

The assessed value of the property was $564,700 in 2018 and it now stands at $2,120,400.
