In its place today stands a 5,800-square-foot, 2 ½-story custom, with six bedrooms, six bathrooms, three half bathrooms, a basement, a stone patio, a garage, an open porch, a finished upper story, a finished attic and an inground pool.
The property traded in 2021 for $2,649,000; it had traded for $650,000 in 2018 and for $379,000 in 1987.
The assessed value of the property is $1,802,200. It was $540,200 in 2019.
The three-quarter acre property sits between Kings Highway and Stony Brook Road.
