The Building Department issued a demolition permit for the original house at 232 Bayberry Lane in November 2020.
The old house, built in 1950, was a single-story ranch with 3,400-square-feet of living space, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, an unfinished basement and crawl space, a garage, a screen porch, a stone patio, a wood deck and a finished three-quarter-story.
On the property today stands a 4,100-square-foot, single-story Colonial+, with five bedrooms, four full bathrooms and one half bath, an unfinished basement, a garage, an open porch, a stone patio, a finished upper story, a partially finished three-quarter-story and an unfinished three-quarter-story.
The property traded hands in June 2020 for $1,060,000.
The assessed value of the property was $743,000 in 2018 and is $1,523,600 today.
