WESTPORT — The Historic District Commission recently approved the issuance of a permit to demolish the house at 9 Lakeview Road.
The single-story ranch was built in 1955. It has 2,000-square-feet of living space, four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a basement area, a brick patio and a wood deck.
The property traded hands in 2020 for $830,000. It had previously traded for $775,000 in 2016, for $749,900 in 2006 and for $575,000 in 2002. The property’s current assessment is $545,400.
Lakeview Road is off of Valley Road, which connects Greens Farm Road and Hillspoint Road.
