WESTPORT–The Building Department yesterday issued a permit to demolish the house at 9 Grays Farm Road.
The 2-story custom split was built in 1964. It has 2,300-square-feet of living space, a basement area, a garage, a wood deck, an open porch, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a finished upper story.
The property changed hands in February for $1,200,000.
The property’s 2020 assessment is $602,000.
Grays Farm Road is off Bayberry Lane Ext., near the Weston border.
