WESTPORT–The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the house at 28 Mayflower Parkway.

The single-story ranch was built in 1946. It has 1,900-square-feet of living space, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a basement area, a crawl space, a garage, a screen porch and a court yard.

The property traded hands in November for $2,400,000. The property’s current assessment is $772,800.

Mayflower Parkway is off of Compo Road South.
