WESTPORT–The Building Department issued a residential demolition permit Tuesday for the property at 21 Manitou Road.
Built in 1952, the single-story ranch has 1,200-square-feet of living space, three bedrooms, one and a half baths, a basement, a garage, and an enclosed porch.
The property traded hands in January 2019 for $1.59 million.
The property’s assessment currently stands at $831,800.
