WESTPORT–The Building Department issued a residential demolition permit for the property at 110 Old Road Wednesday.

Built in 1963, the 2-story Colonial has 1,600-square-feet of living space, three bedrooms, two and half baths, a basement, a crawl space, a garage and a wood deck.

The property traded hands in July for $905,000. It had previously traded in 2006 for $865,000, in 2004 for $820,000 and in 1998 for $385,000. 

The property’s assessment currently stands at $432,100.

Old Road intersects both Maple Avenue North and Bulkley Avenue North.
