WESTPORT — The Building Department has issued a permit to demolish the main house at 11 Tierney Lane.
The 1¼-story Cape was built in 1922. It has 3,300 square feet of living space, four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a half-bathroom, a basement, a crawl space, an enclosed porch, a stone patio, a finished attic and an in-ground pool.
The property traded hands in February for $1 million. The property’s current assessment is $632,800.
